It's important to get some education BEFORE signing up to ANYTHING

How do I educate myself about property?

[stay tuned for the challenge]

Lots of people are interesting in investing, but don’t know how to get started.

The first step is to educate yourself.

Property is super expensive so the least you could do is learn the ropes before diving in. Don’t just count on friends to lead you down the right track!

Some free ways to learn are:
Blogs
-Articles
-Books
Podcasts
-Seminars
-Webinars

But it can be hard to figure out which are reliable and trustworthy sources.

There is a lot of information out there! And everyone is an EXPERT!

Anyone educating you and then “selling you a property” is generally someone to run away from!

Do a google search, look at their facebook reviews.

It’s easy to spot a SHARK!

So how do you learn to invest?

Contrary to popular opinion, you don’t need to have lived through 10 cycles and be knee deep in property data as a full time career to get amazing results.

Yes you can do it yourself.

That should give you a lot of confidence.

It’s not rocket science. But at the same time it’s scientific.

So if you are buying based on opinion, gut feel, or what family/ friends have said – then that means you probably need more education.

And the best way to become a sustainable property investor is to learn so you can be self-sufficient and the master of your own destiny.

Gain the confidence you lack, the strategies you lack and the expertise you lack.

You can do it!
