Under $400k. Off-Market! Positive Cashflow! Subdivision Potential! Renovation Potential!

The ~stars~ lined up for my client Mohammad with this deal. But as they say, you make your own luck!

That’s definitely the case for Mohammad who invested in himself through the Property Investment Accelerator.

Mohammad got this property in Victoria for $333,000, way under the median value for that suburb.

He was only able to get it at this price because he got it OFF-MARKET, using my strategies to beat countless other buyers and Buyers Agents?

The neighbouring property was sold a week before for $342,000 and had much less land.

Although this is Positive Cashflow and easily tenanted from Day 1, the beautiful thing is Mohammad can put in around $20,000 on a simple cosmetic renovation and get an equity uplift of double or triple that when he chooses!

The best part? He did this all remotely without needing to waste his weekends inspecting properties.

Who said you need a Buyers Agent to be a borderless investor???

The cherry on the cake is that he can ALSO put a Granny Flat in to increase rent by more than $200 per week, increasing the net passive income to beyond $10,000 per year from this one property alone.
