Here are some tips to help you reach financial freedom

There’s a common saying “Those who can’t do, teach.”

And honestly, for the most part, this is true. 

Most people who teach and preach have never done what they are proclaiming as the truth. 

In simple terms, there is only one way to get good at something and really master it. 

In order to locate the truth, you MUST be willing to and have personally taken relentless action and CONTINUE to take relentless action, never ending practice and apply your own teachings in the real world.

This involves learning from feedback, you won’t always get it right. In fact, when trying to reach success and achieve wealth, happiness and abundance you will get it WRONG more times than you will get it RIGHT.

But when you learn from your own mistakes and take relentless action every day, you create your path to financial freedom; you find the solutions and from your own learning experiences you can ADD VALUE and help map out the path for others.

That’s why I only teach property strategies that I do and continue to do, to build my own financial independence that have been PROVEN and TESTED.

Doers (those who can do) tend to do. Non-doers (those who can’t do) tend to teach. 

This theory comes about because of the dilemma that has plagued the current property education market. 

However, there is a new breed of educators that need recognition, and a new category that needs to be added to the statement:

“Those who do, teach best.”

The best teachers are those who are the doers, the action takers, actively doing what they teach. 

This is because they can transfer the knowledge of how to do it, not just what to do. That’s why I spend the majority of my time actively doing and growing my own portfolio.

I like to build things, solve solutions and IMPROVE things. 

By taking relentless action I learn much quicker, at a pace that is lighting quick, I can learn things more valuable than those who have been teaching for 20 years just teaching and NOT DOING.

Once I have built a proven property process, that is systematic and I have tested it as a reliable method that works — I analyse my process and methodology of doing and create the theory — then I teach that. 

That’s why my course gets people results because the information within it was born in the practice of doing.
