The Secret To Living Out Your Golden Years Without Drowning In Debt

Want me to tell you the hard truth about working a job?

I had a good conversation with a good friend of mine recently who works a job.

He doesn’t love it. But he doesn’t hate it.

And he has done better than most…

He’s been able to save up a nice chunk of cash and now has some options and wants to decide what to do with it so he asked for my advice.

He wants freedom.

He wants control.

He wants to be able to do what he wants in life.

He is a dedicated and driven guy that understands we only get one life and he wants to get the most out of it.

So what did I tell him?

I told him that he can invest it in traditional investments and maybe in 30 years that money will be worth a meaningful amount more than it is today.

Or he can spend it on experiences, travel and getting the most out of life right now.

It’s not perfect advice…

What I wanted to say was: 

“You need to separate your time from your income. Right now you work 1 hour and you get paid 1 hour. You work zero hours, you get paid zero dollars. You go to sleep, your not making money. There is no possible way for you to be able to do this sustainably long-term and live the life you want with the setup you have right now. Jobs don’t work. You work. Or you starve.”

If you work a job…

Want more money? Good luck.

Want more freedom? Good luck?

How many of you feel like you deserve more?

How many of you feel like you NEED more?

But how are you going to get it…

Literally how… Think about that…

I don’t know either…

There is no way I can think of to take a job and within a short period of time turn that into something that provides the kind of life you are dreaming about where you are free to travel, free to pursue your passions and free to improve yourself every day.

“Most people don’t live 10 years…

They live the same 1 year 10 times”.

And it’s a tragedy…

Because the enormity of your choices aren’t going to hit you until it’s already too late. Ouch.

“If you don’t find a way to make money while you sleep, you will work until you die”.
